Title: Lead Connections Planner - Contract
Gemini People are delighted to be working with one of London's most established & customer experience focused agencies, on their hunt for a new Connections planner to join the team. This is a newly created role to join a leading Tobacco client, helping to shape mould & grow client satisfaction.
Reporting into an Executive Strategy director, this person will need to be very strategically minded, open to innovation and well connect with the social space. The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive experience building a connections planning approach across a number of teams, with a variety of departments
- Experience managing the flow of client social-related business and create solutions, and to resolve problems when they arise
- Extensive experience leading in new business pitches
- Extensive experience in engaging with social media channel representatives to deliver best in class work, keeping abreast of new social + innovation platforms and great experience recommending new tech + platforms.
