Kim Wardle - Director

Kim joined Gemini is 2012 as a Freelance Consultant for creative and design and after 4 promotions, she’s now a Director and is responsible for driving Gemini People’s strategy in order to lead the business to reach its goals.

She has over 7 years’ experience in the recruitment industry within several sectors including advertising, PR, digital agencies and some of the top brands in the UK. Kim works collaboratively with these businesses to develop talent solutions specific to their business needs.

Sophie Roulston - Associate Director

Sophie has over 6 years’ recruitment experience having worked in both the public and private sector. She has experience in both freelance and permanent recruitment across HR, Marketing and Comms and Planning and Strategy.

She joined Gemini as a Manager in 2017, managing a team of two and recruiting into Planning and Strategy. She is now an Associate Director and runs Gemini’s freelance division which is made up of 10 people!

Francesca Hernandez - Managing Director

Fran joined Gemini in 2011 to run our freelance division, since then the freelance team has become one of the most successful in our industry. With over 10 years' experience in creative recruitment, she's now our Managing Director and is responsible for leading Gemini People from the front.

Fran is also a qualified coach and is always on hand to solve any problem, big or small, she is best known for her hands-on-approach when tackling any problem.

Lana Furey - Head of Contractor Services

Lana has 6 years’ experience in compliance, payroll and operations within the recruitment industry predominantly focusing on freelance recruitment.

She joined Gemini as Compliance Assistant to support the growing freelance team in 2014. After 3 promotions she is now Head of Contractor Services for Gemini People. Lana is responsible for the smooth running of payroll and compliance, she constantly works to maintain our companies legal and ethical integrity.
